What is a nebulizer?

The atomizer atomizes the test solution. The atomizer is an important component of the atomization system, and its performance has a significant impact on the precision of measurement and chemical interference. Therefore, the atomizer is required to have stable spray, small and uniform droplets and high atomization efficiency.

There are various types of atomizers according to different purposes.

Air humidifier: A humidifier used to humidify air is a type of atomizer;

Medical nebulizer: a device used for treating upper respiratory tract diseases, belonging to the category of medical devices;

Other types of atomizers: such as hair spray equipment for hair styling, one of the important structures composed of electronic cigarettes, used to atomize smoke oil.

Purpose

Medical nebulizers are mainly used to treat various upper and lower respiratory system diseases, such as colds, fever, cough, asthma, sore throat, pharyngitis, rhinitis, bronchitis, pneumoconiosis, and other diseases that occur in the trachea, bronchi, alveoli, and chest cavity. Atomization inhalation treatment is an important and effective treatment method in the treatment of respiratory system diseases. The nebulizer is used to atomize the liquid medicine into tiny particles, and the medicine enters the respiratory tract and lungs for deposition through breathing inhalation, so as to achieve the goal of painless, rapid and effective treatment.

Type

There are three main atomization principles used, one is ultrasonic atomizer, one is compression atomizer, and the other is mesh atomizer.
